White Knight Awards!

I want to thank whoever it was that nominated two of my stories for the 2013 round of the White Knight Awards!  Both Xandercles the Mighty, and Where Dirty Wrong Things Meet were nominated, and I'm very grateful for your thoughts.  You made my day.

For those who are curious, here are links to my fic:
Xandercles the Mighty at LJ, and at AO3 in the Epic Fic category
Where Dirty Wrong Things Meet at LJ, and at AO3 in the Viking in the Sack category (PWPs)

For those of you who want to know more, here's some info on the White Knight Awards, which are for Xander-centric stories.  The categories are occasionally confusing, so you can read all about them on the Categories page, and the rules are found on the Rules page...handy that.

Please note that:  All votes must be accompanied by the code phrase demon magnet. Votes which do not include this code phrase will be discarded.  I wasn't sure we could just post that info on our journals, but I've seen three other people do it already, so I decided to join the crowd.  *g*

Now I'm not telling you to go vote for me, because where would be the fun in that?  I expect you to go look over the nominations, and read some stories.  (Then you can vote for me.  *g*)  I'm not counting on anything, there are some exceptional writers on the list of nominees, and I feel honored simply to be mentioned among them.

I just noticed that there are no links to the nominees or their stories, so if anyone wants, I have links to many of them, and would be glad to share.  I thought about mentioning some of my favorites, but I changed my mind.  Ask me by PM or email, and I'll be glad to tell you what I think.  But then, I have some reading to do, because there are those I've been meaning to get to, and haven't yet, so I need to catch up before I vote.

Don't forget: the last day of voting is Oct. 31st!  Just ten more days.  So read and enjoy, guys, and then GO VOTE!
